What is Burn?
Burn is an accessible to everyone class which will allow you to burn calories efficiently thanks to a multitude of exercises for each part of the body. Equiped with small weights, you will work on your physical fitness, cardio and muscle strengthening. It's a motivating and dynamic class while being an excellent way to gain muscle mass and shape. After a few classes, you will see a considerable improvement in your fitness, strength, tone and endurance.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
