What is Floor Work?
Floor work class is starting with warming up your body, waking up the articulations with simple to more complex movements, you'll need to keep in mind the placement of your body and its extensions from the center of your chest to the end of your fingers. To continue, we will keep your body moving, everything you do is explained step by step. The point of Floor Work class is to extend into the space of the room and traveling across the floor up to different levels of difficulty.
It is a practice of movement that will reinforce your body's awareness and natural strength. Floor work challenges the coordination, the orientation in space and invites a bigger range of motion that can be applied outside of the studio as well.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
