What is Kickboxing?
Our kickboxing class is a combat sport class that mainly uses the feet and fists in a range of kickbox movements and exercises. You’ll work on your cardiovascular and muscle endurance, speed and agility with the use of an opponent or a punching bag. Participating in one of these classes will allow you to work your entire body but also your mind, kickboxing is an excellent way to reduce stress. You will also significantly improve your balance, flexibility, coordination, cardio, strength and agility.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
