What is pilates ball?
Pilates-ball is our Pilates based class that uses a Swiss ball to reach the next level. Pilates-ball helps enhance and tone your muscles, slims the body, increases stamina, flexibility, concentration and balance, all while staying low-impact on the joints. Adding the Swiss ball to a regular Pilates class will activate all of the small stabilizing muscles that help with balance, definition and great posture.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
