What is posturology?

The main goals of our Posturology classes are toning all major muscle groups and increasing agility, relaxation and balance. Working towards a better posture, Posturology will have you train and strengthen the core muscles with minimal strain on the back. Lots of attention is put on breathing mindfully, therefore relaxing and stretching the muscles that will help you get great posture and less back pain.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
