During our 30’ Questions-about-training sessions you are free to ask any questions you have concerning fitness goals, techniques and routines. If you need advice about the machines, the 30’ classes, your personal program, whatever it may be: our instructors are here for you! These sessions are accessible for everyone.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
