What is Body Sculpt?

During the Body Sculpt classes you’ll mainly focus on working on toning and strengthening the abs, buttocks, thighs and chest using light accessories (weights, bands,…). The Bodysculpt sessions are specifically designed to refine the silhouette.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
