What is Pilates-core?
Pilates core is a form of Pilates that focuses on strengthening, stretching and stabilizing your core (back, abdominal and gluteal muscles). This results in better posture and balance. Join our Pilates core to work on long, lean muscles and a better balance between body and mind.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
