Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that works on strengthening the nervous system by focussing on the chakra’s (energy points in the body). Kundalini is built on dynamic yoga exercises combined with different breathing techniques to ensure a full body and mind workout.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
