With 8,000 m² of state-of-the-art facilities, Stadium Kinetix proudly claims to be the largest gym in the Benelux. Spread over three floors, our fitness area is equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, including entertainment units. We also offer a Women's Corner, a fitness area exclusively for women. Enjoy our spacious strength and cardio area, filled with natural light and perfectly maintained equipment.

Personalized guidance

For personalized guidance, feel free to book an appointment with one of our instructors for one-on-one assistance and a customized fitness program. You can access your program at any time via the myStadiumPro app and your TGS key, and book a follow-up appointment to update your program. This way, your progress never stops.

If you are a beginner and would like some guidance, our instructors are ready to assist you through a Fitness Initiation session.

Group classes, swimming pool, and other activities

We also offer a wide range of live group classes, a 30-meter pool where you can swim freely or join our Aquagym classes, and many other activities.
