Course Structure of Warrior Yoga

The class begins with a warm-up phase to prepare the body, followed by a series of demanding postures, often accompanied by flows (sequences of postures) that intensify body heat. As the session progresses, internal temperature rises, and Ujjayi breathing becomes a valuable ally to maintain energy and focus, even in the most uncomfortable postures.
