Total Functional Circuit uses circuit training to improve functional movement, meaning gaining the strength and endurance to optimize basic movements in your day-to-day life. This is perfect for preventing injuries in everyday life, getting stronger and improving posture and balance. Total Functional Circuit is a full body workout that addresses all (big and small) muscle groups.
