What is Vinyasa yoga?

Vinyasa flow is a dynamic yoga practice on the pace of the breath, starting with a warm-up moving through creative sequences constructed according to everybody’s needs. Diverse yoga postures are fluently connected and challenge the strength, flexibility, balance and coördination. It is an energising practice that plays with gravity, breath and waves of movement, respecting the bodies architecture and encourage a stronger awareness of the authentic body expression.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
