What is Kickboxing K1?

Our kickboxing class is a combat sport class that mainly uses the feet and fists in a range of kickbox movements and exercises. You’ll work on your cardiovascular and muscle endurance, speed and agility with the use of an opponent or a punching bag.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
