What is Bootcamp?
Bootcamp is a lesson where you will work on physical sports performance through intervals. The class will sometimes be based on cardio, sometimes on strength exercises, using all kinds of equipment. Because you are not tied to specific type of material, you will train a number of muscle groups at the same time. This will ultimately also ensure that your coordination and agility will be challenged. You should certainly also expect a portion of core exercises and stretching to conclude the lesson.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
