What is Fittball?

Fittball is a muscle strenghtening method combined with stretching. These stretching exercises are composed of movements exercices and static ones. Inspired by pilates, Fittball is proposing a soft reinforcement technique with or without equipment. It's helping improving your muscular balance through focus and correct breathing.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
