During the Art of Mobility class, you will spend 1 hour focusing on yourself. It will allow you to reconnect with yourself and the limits of your own body.

Discover how to strengthen your muscles while improving your joint mobility and learn to stay conscious during all your training. Find the balance between intensity and flexibility of movement.

Work on your breathing, flexibility and muscle strengthening with the Art of Mobility class with its fun and unique approach.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
