RIDE & SCULPT: Cardio • Legs • Glutes

RIDE & SCULPT is a dynamic 60-minute workout that combines high-energy cardio intervals on Technogym bikes with targeted functional strength training for the lower body.

The class alternates between cycling phases (cadence and resistance) and floor exercises focused on thighs, glutes, and core stability: squats, lunges, planks, with or without weights.

Accessible to all fitness levels, RIDE & SCULPT helps you:

  • Boost cardiovascular endurance
  • Sculpt and strengthen legs, glutes, and abs

A motivating, high-intensity class designed to challenge you and help you progress week after week.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
