What is Ride & Sculpt ?

Ride & sculpt lesson is a new kind of workout combining the static bike with a upper body muscles strengthening. The goal is to combine fitness with the classical indoor cycling. Ride & Sculpt is 40% cardio, 40% muscles strengthening and 20% of posture workout.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
