Grant your health and spirituality with our course: Qi Gong! During this class, take the time to slow down, breathe and meditate. Based on traditional Chinese medicine, Qi Gong will allow you to improve your flexibility, develop your balance, relax and combat stress but above all, improve your health. Qi Gong is a system of body coordination, breathing and meditation used for martial arts training. It is considered a practice for cultivating and balancing qi, roughly translated as “vital energy.”

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
