What is Muay Thai?

Muay-Thai, Thai Boxing or Thai Box, all these names describe a martial art and combat sport of the "foot-fist boxing" type. Nicknamed the art of eight limbs, following the use of the eight parts used in the arms and legs during practice, a Muay-Thai class will make you work your entire body via punches, nudges, knee strikes and kicks. You will therefore tone your muscles in depth. Muay-Thai is a high-intensity combat sport. It will allow you, thanks to regular practice, to improve both your cardio and your endurance.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
